Stereotypes are images people create in the heads about other people. usually groups of people, just because one person does something or dresses a certain way they suppose they are a certain way even when they are not. Most of the time this hurt people and it shoudnt happen but it still does almost everyday everywhere. An example of this in immigration is how most of the majority U.S citizens label mexican immigrants as poor people, without maners, and stilling, bringing drugs , crime etc... Some people also asume that all mexicans are illegal immigrants when they are not. Another example is how people assume that "blonde people are dumb" just because a blonde person did something wrong or messed up on something dosnt mean they are dumb. Its very sad that just because someone did something and is labeled some way, and you have something in common with them then you are labeled the same thing? even if none of you are.

why does the world have borders?
The world needs borders because if not it would be caous, imagine people going from one place to another all the time without anything stopping them, I think if there wasn’t any borders in the world, overpopulation would raise as a problem.
There’s a lot of people who are racist and that could try to hurt other people, also many diseases could be transferred in food and other products etc. Weapons, bombs, drugs and other illegal stuff would be trespassed much easier, I think every country in this world feels safer having a border

How Mexico and the U.S benefit each other
Mexico benefits the U.S by giving them workers, even if this is not maid on purpose, it still happens a lot Mexican workers immigrate to the U.S to have a better life, mostly to get better jobs but they still get the jobs that the U.S citizens don’t want to do. This benefits the U.S because they don’t get to do all the hard and mostly dirty work. They also don’t waist much money since they pay Mexicans much less than they would pay U.S citizens. The U.S benefits Mexico by letting Mexican workers work on the U.S and letting them have a better life, The U.S also benefits México when they send products/merchandise that México doesn’t have or can’t produce.

How does the U.S and Mexico harm each other?
Sometimes when you have a partner or let’s say neighbor, you are from different families, and of course you are always going to protect your family more than the other one because they are your blood or your race. The U.S is a family and Mexico is another one, because we were born either in the U.S or in Mexico. People who live in the U.S care about how their surrounding look, how healthy the people are , the habitat their families are going to live in etc. Mexico has exactly the same point of view but caring for their country of course.
The U.S harms Mexico by hurting immigrants who almost risk their lives for a better one, they kill them or they put them unreasonable punishments like the electric chair, life sentence, or killing them as a punishment for taking someone else’s life. U.S harms mexico by being racist because they don’t do that to U.S citizens.
Mexico harms the U.S by allowing so many immigrants to cross the border and bringing illegal merchandise and even though it might not be Mexico’s fault that people do this they still don’t do anything to stop it. The U.S probably already has drugs, tobacco etc. when Mexicans cross, it increments because a lot of times they bring some with them. Crime also increments because most of the people that cross are poor so it gives them the desire to steal, another reason of crime is because of social classes, because people fight for what they believe in.

why do people immigrate?
People can immigrate for a bunch of different reasons, one of them is simply because they want a change in their life or they don’t like the place they live in. It can also be related to money if they don’t have a lot of money they probably won’t be able to live on a really expensive country. People can also choose to immigrate because of their family, maybe they want a better life for them or they simply want to be with them. Some people immigrate to get more money to send to theyre familys, or so that they can bring them along later on. The reason I immigrated from mexico to san deigo was because my mom was really tyred of the city, the smoke and traffic, also because my cousins live in san diego and we wanted to live closer to them, unfortunately they live all the way to la jolla and I still don’t get to see them that much.

what difference does a border make?
A border makes a lot of difference because if we didnt have one, it would probably be caous!
there woudnt be control over the citys and all the people would be everywhere. There would be alot more violence, drugs etc. Many diseases would also be brought over by other citys. The government would be out of control because not everyone would agree on the governing system.
Alot more wars would probably come too.
