1. When you encounter a problem where you need help, what would you like yourself to be able to do?To skip the hard problems and keep going with the easy ones.

What do you actually do?
Stop and keep thinking about the same problem.

What do you think are strategies to get yourself to be able to do those things described?
Set all the problems first and then solve them.

2. Self advocacy means to me to speak for yourself

What evidence do you have that you have grown in self advocacy this year?
The tutors ive asked for help and friends.

Has there been a situation where you acted as a self advocate?
Yes, when i get stuck and ask the tutors for help.

What was the outcome?
That i got a better grade and i actually understood the project

Would you like to improve in this area?
Yes, because even though i do ask for help sometimes i don't understand everything completely

What would you like yourself to do in a challenging situation?
Ask for help and pay close attention, also do things with time so i dont stress out with everything when the time comes.

3. Have you challenged yourself to get out of your comfort zone?
Yes, for example in the POLs i said all my speech without looking at the notecards.
Im really proud of that, because im not very comfortable speeking in public.

4. What are your career interests?
Im still not sure but im intersted in arts
like drawing, designing etc

Have they changed this year?
no, but my interests for this keep growing.

5. If i was your 10th grade teacher what would you tell them about the way you learned, the way you interact with others, your strengths, the way you self-advocate ?

I would tell them that i loved the way i learned, i learned by my mistakes in projects and struggles, also in the way i did things. I interacted with other alot better by the end of the year because i was more comfortable with the people in my groups. I would say that my strengths are drawing and i cant be good at writing too. I will always do my job i might slack a little bit sometimes but ill always have it ready.

Yes so your teachers know a little bit about yourself, and know how to put you in groups.

Brief Description of the plot:
The plot of the story would be how carol fights through faking being infected to protect her son oliver from her ex-husband and the other people infected because hes immune. She has two choose between her son and a perfect world.


How is the world in the movie different from the world in real life?
It is different because in real life theres never been a disease like that, it transforms you into a so called alien with having contact with an infected person, if you sleep you wake up transformed and you don't have emotions.


Why do you think this world was created?
This world was created so people wouldn't suffer anymore not only would they stop having feelings, they would stop having problems with each other which would mean there would be no war.

How does this movie question or challenge our ideas about what is ideal?
It makes you think if really all the happy moments we live in life are better than the bad, if it would actually be worth it to trade feelings for peace.

What ideas do you get from this film for your own ideal world movie?
I get the idea of a world with peace and without violence, but with feelings because i think that living without feelings isnt living.

perspective writing

If i was a Haitian and i didnt have any food at all, i was starving and no one would listen to me. I would complain make everyhing i can to make the government listen and they still wouldnt make anything about it.. i would as sad as it sounds sometimes people need to get scared to realize what is really happening and what you can loose and even if your not loosing anything just to put pressure on the government i would use so kinf of violence.

Hunter gatherer day

Today i woke up in a place i had never seen before atleast not with daylight. I stretched and woke up my friend, we were hungry so we immidiately went looking for breakfast. Yum! What would it be today? Some intersting adventure it would be to capture an animal in these steep mountains. While we walked in searched for food we saw a couple of Buffalos. This opened our appetite we carefully got closer and closer until we finally had one of them. He fell on the ground, for a second we though we would die but then we managed to escape. When he left we came back to get the other buffalo. We started a little fire with some pieces of wood that were on the ground. Then we cut some pieces and we put it on the fire for a while until it was cooked. We ate our delicious breakfast got our things ready and explored all day long before it got dark we started a trip to another wonderfull place. By morning a new wonderfull adventure would come.

I see an advertisement of a new superstay lip gloss called powergloss, its a double lip gloss, also the 5 colors it comes in which are: red, orange, pink, light pink and brown. Its supposed to be 24 hours color shine, soft and comfortable all day long.

Maybellin created this message.

They use a circle and a rainbow technique to bring all the colors out and attract my attention, they also make them really shiny to let you know this is the way it will look in your lips.

Other people might understand this message differently because they might just think its a way of exposing the colors.

Some values represented in this advertisement are that you need a lipgloss that lasts, some omitted values are that they show people, race or age.

This message is being sent so you have to buy this lip gloss because they are telling you that other lip glosses arent as good because they dont stay this long.

Hes wearing a squared blue buttoned longed sleeve shirt, blue/black pants and a black belt. He has big headphones on . He is slightly dancing and his eyes are closed. He is carrying a side backpack.

Mulan

In Mulan i saw temples and how they practice there religion and how they have great respect for there ancestors. They also value the honor of they're family's this is one of the most important things for them. They also have some kind of school for women to be good wifes. Men only care about looks in a woman they don't care if they are smart or how they think. They don't allow woman to go to war because they believe men are stronger. They also dont allow individualism they believe all woman must be equal.

Katherine Peril sends this message. She sends this message to let girls see that we can accomplish anything, with or without men and that we are strong too we can also fight. She got these values from the legend Hua Mu Lan also called The Chinese Joan Arc.

This movies is true but also false because it is true that China is very religious or atleast was. They still dont allow woman to go to war, almost in any country but now they do allow individualism, woman are free to be whoever they want to be.
