1. When you encounter a problem where you need help, what would you like yourself to be able to do?To skip the hard problems and keep going with the easy ones.

What do you actually do?
Stop and keep thinking about the same problem.

What do you think are strategies to get yourself to be able to do those things described?
Set all the problems first and then solve them.

2. Self advocacy means to me to speak for yourself

What evidence do you have that you have grown in self advocacy this year?
The tutors ive asked for help and friends.

Has there been a situation where you acted as a self advocate?
Yes, when i get stuck and ask the tutors for help.

What was the outcome?
That i got a better grade and i actually understood the project

Would you like to improve in this area?
Yes, because even though i do ask for help sometimes i don't understand everything completely

What would you like yourself to do in a challenging situation?
Ask for help and pay close attention, also do things with time so i dont stress out with everything when the time comes.

3. Have you challenged yourself to get out of your comfort zone?
Yes, for example in the POLs i said all my speech without looking at the notecards.
Im really proud of that, because im not very comfortable speeking in public.

4. What are your career interests?
Im still not sure but im intersted in arts
like drawing, designing etc

Have they changed this year?
no, but my interests for this keep growing.

5. If i was your 10th grade teacher what would you tell them about the way you learned, the way you interact with others, your strengths, the way you self-advocate ?

I would tell them that i loved the way i learned, i learned by my mistakes in projects and struggles, also in the way i did things. I interacted with other alot better by the end of the year because i was more comfortable with the people in my groups. I would say that my strengths are drawing and i cant be good at writing too. I will always do my job i might slack a little bit sometimes but ill always have it ready.

Would this be a help full thing to do, why or why not.
Yes so your teachers know a little bit about yourself, and know how to put you in groups.
