This is a good picture of the view because you can clearly see the background and everything thats going on.
This is a bad picture because you cant see anything the picture is blury and moved.

i think that the good picture is ok. because you can see everything clearly the background and like you said.
the bad picture is really blurry but i think that they look like techno lights.
but yea it is blurry all black.
